Each blanket is designed to fit most newborns and young babies.

• Suitable for most newborns and infants (0–6 months, depending on baby’s length and clothing layers).
• Ideal indoor temperature range: 0–18°C when used with appropriate clothing layers.

Note: Please allow 2–3 cm difference due to manual measurement. If baby is between sizes or you prefer a looser wrap, choose the larger option where available.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom and most countries in Europe.

How long does delivery take?

Tracking
• All orders are shipped with tracking.

RETURNS

Return window
• We offer a 7‑day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• The baby bed must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
• All original packaging, tags and inserts must be included.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that show signs of use, stains or damage.

Return process
• Contact us with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
• If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for sending the item back.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.

Damaged or incorrect items
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
