Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom and most countries in Europe.
How long does delivery take?
• UK: typically 3–4 business days after dispatch
• US & EU: typically 7–12 business days after dispatch
These are estimated timeframes and can vary slightly depending on your exact location and any carrier or customs delays.
Tracking
• All orders are shipped with tracking.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Customs & duties
• For some countries, additional customs fees, taxes or duties may apply.
• These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Return window
• We offer a 7‑day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• The baby bed must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
• All original packaging, tags and inserts must be included.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that show signs of use, stains or damage.
Return process
• Contact us with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
• If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for sending the item back.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.
Damaged or incorrect items
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
