Return window
• We offer a **7‑day return window** from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• The pillow must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags and inserts must be included.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pillows that show signs of use, stains or damage.

How to request a return
• Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
• If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for sending the item back.

Return shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
• We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your receipt until your return is processed.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges, within 5–10 business days (processing time may vary by bank).

Damaged or incorrect items
• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong size/variant, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
